Eggs are extremely easy to experiment with. They can be cooked differently each time and it barely takes any time to whip up a dish. Eggs work as healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner option being a rich source of protein. For me personally anything egg-related post gym serves as extremely satiating and tummy-filling! This time around in my Microwave Cooking series I decided to make a Frittata loaded with chicken. Here is the recipe: Prep Time: 15 minutes (Approx.) Cook Time: 3 minutes (Approx.) Preparation Ingredients: 2 eggs Milk Salt and pepper Red and green capsicum Chicken Franks/ Sausage Chili Flakes Oregano Whole Grain wraps Maggie Chili Garlic Sauce First wash the capsicums in cold, running water.
