This post for Blueberry Mango Smoothie/ Mango Blueberry Smoothie Recipe is from way back in 2017.
This was one of my first smoothie recipes and I just thought I could and should share it with the world again.
Happy Reading Ya'll! :)
So, I bought a new smoothie maker/blender from Lazada.sg and I couldn't be happier! Just eating fruits is so mainstream, blending them into a lip-smacking SMOOTHIE is THE way to go.
The first time I used the Shake-n-Take Smoothie Blender, I decided to mix two of my favourite, "go-to" fruits: Mangoes and Blueberries and created a Blueberry Mango Smoothie/ Mango Blueberry Smoothie.
Whipping up a Blueberry Mango Smoothie/ Mango Blueberry Smoothie is quite easy and won't take up much of your time. The taste will leave you wanting more! Trust me.
Follow these steps and you will have a delicious Blueberry Mango Smoothie/ Mango Blueberry Smoothie, ready-to-be-devoured, in a matter of minutes.
2) Cut them into slender pieces .
The blueberries need not necessarily be cut up because they are so tiny anyway!
3) Add the mango and blueberry into the bottle that comes with the blender and run it for about 1 minute.
4) Add 1/4th cup of milk and 4-5 Tablespoons of yogurt.
5) Run the mixture in the blender again.
6) A smoothie is meant to be rich (zzzz!) so don't hesitate to add in some chocolate syrup or hazelnut spread, peanut butter and dry fruits such as raisins, cashews, almonds and walnuts. Be experimental.
Note: Remember to chop the dry fruits into tiny bits while blending
6) Run the mixture for the third time and check for consistency.
7) Blueberry Mango Smoothie/ Mango Blueberry Smoothie is ready to be served.
I would advice you to taste it after the final run and add whatever ingredient you think is missing based on your taste buds.
