Today the world is moving towards VEGANISM and Soya and it's products have a huge rule to play in this movement.  Soy Milk, Soya Bean, Soy Curd etc. are popular forms of Soya products that are largely available at supermarkets and restaurants. My Amma was wayyyy ahead of her time in terms of introducing me to Soya Nuggets/ Soya Chunks. Although, I am a non-vegetarian I am open to the idea of replacing meat with Soya/Mock-meat on certain occassions. Amma made the most delicious Soya Chunks/ Soya Nuggets/ Meal Maker Pulao.
